WHY I WORK WITH BOUNDARIES

Setting boundaries can be difficult, especially if it hasn’t gone well for you in the past. You’re not alone in finding this challenging.

As a coach and educator since 2006, I’ve guided countless clients through the process of mastering their boundaries. Very few people find it easy, but those who do the work see profound changes in their lives.
